I just noticed this issue after installing nUI yesterday - the quest tracking frame is rather small and doesn't resize when it's been relocated (making only 1-2 quests trackable at any time).

Before I put nUI on I was using XPerl & Bartender - there were no problems with the quest tracking window in its default place with those mods.

Okay nUI relocates the window on logon but doesn't attempt to resize it, so you can indeed up the opacity temporarily to resize the window and that sticks between logons it seems.
The resize hotspot is about 2px wide though, took me ages to finally grab it to resize!
