just did my 1st 25 man, got the same issue with all raid members under the top most one.

I have the mouse-over macros bound to the mouse-wheel up/down, would this make a difference?

Left/right mouse-wheel work fine however.

Range is not the cause.

Example of macro:

#showtooltip Riptide
/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
/cast [target=mouseover] Riptide

all macros are much the same, just spells changed.
