if you have completed the instructions in the "Welcome to the nUI+ Newsletter" e-mail and applied for access to the "nUI+ User Group" then you should be able to access the download area at http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/index.php?cid=137
Note that you do have to be logged into WoWInterface before you can access that link even if you are approved... this is a member restricted area. If you are not logged in or you have not applied for access to the nUI+ user group, you will not be able to access this link.
