Just updated oUF_Nivea to release 16. Tried some different borders and went pixel perfect. I did my best to maintain a decent appearance for users that do not want to use an UIScale, though.

Minimap, Chat, bars (not my main, have them hidden normally) ... the rest of the interface in general matches my personal oUF layout, they don't fit to oUF Nivea.
