What exactly do you want to do? Do you want to print a list in the chat frame of what debuffs your target has? Do you want to move the debuff icons on your target frame? Do you want to see a warning in the Raid Warning Frame when your target gets a specific debuff? The code you posted does nothing on its own (it's not even syntactically valid Lua code on its own) and your post is extremely vague...
