This is a load time error and is almost certain to be caused by another addon.
Log in to WoW and go to the character selection screen, click on the "AddOns" button and disable all of your mods except nUI, save the change and log in on a toon. Verify that nUI loads correctly. If it doesn't let me know.
Otherwise, start re-enabling your mods one at a time until you find the one that breaks the UI again. That'll be the source of the problem and is likely one of the mods tied to your info panel in nUI. You'll need to update that mod or leave it disabled.
