Not sure why it's not working for you... I just installed all three addons and Recount is showing up just fine for me.
Perhaps you have a corrupt file somewhere. Try deleting all instances of Recount.lua and Recount.lua.bac from your WTF folder.
Those would be located in the following folders:
World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\ACCOUNTNAME\SavedVariables
and
World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\ACCOUNTNAME\SERVERNAME\CHARACTERNAME\SavedVariables
See if that helps any.
