The cooldown bar can be disabled with the command '/nui hud cooldown' I believe -- or maybe it's "cooldowns" -- can't remember off the top of my head.
There's no option to disable the HOT/DOT bar.

I think that's the case with all UIs. You can't make every player 100% happy, but you can shoot for 99.5% and me I'm 99.9% happy with this UI. It has shrunk my addons folder, given me better FPS and organized all the clutter. This is the only Full UI that I have seen do that. Keep up the good work and thx for the help.
