To do so tracks too many buffs at once and seriously degrades performance. If memory serves me correctly, the buffs *you* have placed on part members do show on their unit frames. But not all buffs.
That said, it is possible, but would require some editing of the layout files. I would caution against it in terms of both performance and how much screen space it would to take to track it all. But, if you're interested, you can do it. Let me know and I'll try to give you an idea of where to start.
