I notice the same thing, when am on my warrior all the action buttons are grayed like i cant use them, but when i go close to a mob i spam click on each action and they work but still grayed out like i cant use it, funny thing its like the option are set the other way around, i.e Victory Rush is unusable after 5sec but its glowing like i can use it, but i cant..
Just log on my DK and every action bar is normal, all highlighted only for attack or if i have rune power to use. Log back to Warrior its the other way around still all grayed out even after attacking a mob. Another thing WIM if you dont have a BugGrabber or bugsack, when your in a convo with some 1 and your minimap Button is minimize you get a error (interface\addons\wim\sources\windowhandler.lua:543: attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value)
