For double tracking, you've likely got left-over addons from 7.3 (7.4 merged a lot of addons into nibRealUI). Best bet is to delete the Interface folder before copying in RealUI's.

Hmm, so it is BRF. Odd since I've got an entire module dedicated to fixing that sucker's positioning. Guess there's a bug somewhere.
