About the most you can do is use the slash command /nui movers That will unlock/lock the frames that are able to be moved. Besides moving around the pvp objectives, quest timers, repair paperdoll and a few other things, there's really not much you can move and/or configure.

Just as a matter of clarity... you can move and configure almost every aspect of nUI... it just requires editing the skin files. But yeah, in-game, there's almost no configuration ability at present.
