I'm a bit confused here, I'm still not much familiar with Carbonite structure. This "locale" you're saying is a folder or a file? I'm not able to find it in Carbonite folders.
Should I create new files with the names you said somewhere inside Carbonite folder structure? I've tried to find some examples, but not that could help.
