Honestly I usually get the error as soon as I log in or in combat. I've not updated to the new version as of today. The great thing about the error is it doesn't break anything. Just gets in the way. Lol. Thank you all for your assistance and I'll report back after I've updated and played a bit.
Edit - So after logging in and getting into heavy combat I didn't get the error. Think the update fixed it.
