Yoso i amy be wrong but i do know that there is an issue with wow and some addons that cause a taint when switching between windowed mode and full screen might this be it is nui working if you dont switch?
I'm sure spiel will answer you when he pops in but also since your running 2.4.3 i would think the older version of nui should be used thst corresponds with the game version Like the last nui 3.xxxx
