Did you folloow the installation instructions? This one isn't packaged normally. When you unzip it you get a single folder called "Carbonite-4.2". Open it, then select and copy (ctrl + C) or, cut (ctrl +X), the four Carbonite folders. Navigate to your "World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\" folder and paste (ctrl + V) them inside the "AddOns" folder. That should be all you have to do to get it to work

THANK You! This totally fixed my issue.. i was going through major Carbonite withdrawls.. i think i was having a "Gray Haired" moment at the time!
