"Copyright (c) 2007-2011 Carbon Based Creations, LLC" is pretty clear. 2011. And unless an official copyright was registered, it's no longer "copyrighted".
You can throw the tag on there, but good luck using that "passive copyright" addendum in court on something like this. Maybe if it were a literary work or a widely used consumer product that isn't reliant on another product, but not this.
