Why even bother reporting a problem if you're not going to provide any information the software creator(s) can use to fix the problem? If some addons aren't being handled correctly,
the names of those addons seem like some obviously important pieces of information to include. If something "failed",
what was it? Just saying "it doesn't work" is worse than not saying anything at all.
