Fubar definitely does not come with any plug-ins you must download them thats why your bars are blank as far as titan goes i run both with no problems try deleteing any saved variables for titan in your WTF folder.
If I remember correctly the last person with this problem did a new install for both nUI and titan but I would try the variables first
