You realize he changes the images and not any lua/xml files. Changing those is impossible because they are being signed using a ".sig" file, any changing of the GlueXML files (any FrameXML/Addons for that mater) will be blocked, the game won't load them at all.
If you wish to have a sort function you would have to crack the generation of the .sig file (someone did that but stopped around tbc). Point is if you can sign the edited file you can fool the game to load your file. Again, it's a huge "if" :P and ofc it's against TOU
