What I like:
the black papercut textures

What coud be made better:
Bossframes are overlapping the Debuffs
Bosstimers are not aligend to anything and the numbers of the timer is inside its name
Combat text ...
buff icons are realy big but the font of them is unreadable
remove in combat indicator from raidframes and your frame - why do you need it

Buttons at the bottom are not aligned and don't have same spacings the big buttons don't fit here and 2 rows of transperent buttons with different alpha settings above also don't look very good. Also Why don't use same texture for the buttons as for the buffs?

Recount sticks realy to the minimap. Need more space here!
Calender icon is not same style as the rest of the UI
fot PvP I woud miss how much HP my target has (not as %)

all in all I can't say too much about it since every sreenshot has different settings...
