_addonname_ has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI. You can disable this addon and reload the UI.
Most of times it's Aurora, sometimes Masque, bagnon. Basically any random addon I have.

Happens to me a lot also.
Another time when it happens is whenever I use quest items, whether clicking them from the quest list, or bags.
