When reading the Wartank's description it clearly states that Titan panel is included in that UI. And you can ofcourse add your own titan plugins to it if you want.

This is a clean looking UI specialized for my warrior but also used by all of my alts. The titan panel has the stance/weapon sets mod and the target of target window used by perl unitframes is extremely useful in tracking agro. Other mods include scrolling combat text and damage meters. ENJOY!
