Fix for FeedbackUI_CompanionHook() error
I whipped up some code that replaces and fixes the FeedbackUI's companion button hooks. This makes FeedbackUI function correctly when triggering from the Mount/Companion tab when you have more than 12 of either.
Note this was written for build #12984
