I've been using
Chertii UI for the past month or so and I really like it. While it is intended for warlocks, with a few tweaks I've found it to be very useful for mages as well. It's a bit big for my screen resolution, so I had to enlarge some bits, but it looks like it'd be a perfect fit for you.
There are some mods that Chertii uses that I prefer different ones that do basically the same thing, but that's also personal preference and something each person decides for themselves. As a mage though (don't know if you already use these or not) you're going to want to get Scorchio 2, Decursive (makes decursing people and sheeping MC folks much easier), and Power Auras.
