questgiver locations on map

didn't there used to be an option to show all questgivers on the map? (not the mini map)

i was trying to make sure that i had picked up all the available quests when i realized that the option to show all the questgivers wasn't there. am i thinking of another add on?

Yup on the top of the quest mini list there's 4 round buttons, click the one that's 3rd from the left so it;s bright yellow
