5FS/Spirit Ticker?

I'm looking for a mod that has a bar that counts down your spirit per tick(Like a rogues energy ticker) and when you're in the 5sr it will count down that instead.

I have been looking around and can only find mods that count down the 5sr, but it's sorta pointless without having a spirit timer so i can start heals accordingly.

Anyone know any mods like this?
