Which unit frames are these?

Hello, first time poster here.

I'm a priest but sometimes have trouble healing with the default unit frames. I saw this picture and I'm wondering what the addons in this pic are.

the unit frames really looks like CT_UnitFrames from the CTMod pack that you can download here:

Unless CTMod has completely changed the way they do unit frames, I'd say it was Gypsy... CT didn't used to give you an XP bar on the unitframe.
