Auto Trueshot Aura

I was wondering if there was a mod that would automatically check if trueshot aura was cased, and if it wasn't, automatically cast it for you? It would also be nice if it would check if you were mounted up or not, since casting trueshot aura now dismounts you if you're mounted up.

If there isn't a mod like this, could one be made please?
