Raid menu working, togglemenu issue fixed

We had raid today.

I raid-clicked a raid member by accident.

The menu popped up and I went. WOOOOOOOT?

So the tooglemenu is working now properly on every unit.

Thus layout specific workarounds can be removed.

That would rip them off the opportunity to get pleasantly surprised sometimes.

I was using a version of oUF from march or so that was still using togglemenu without the hack. Didn't know you added a hack.

I added a workaround, but never got around to push a version with it. Then 5.3 was released :P.
