Action Bar Addon... need help finding specific one.

About a week or so ago I saw and addon on the new/updated list here at wowinterface.com that would redout your skill buttons if that skill was already applied to your target. I meant to download it then and try it out but decided to wait until I made a few other upgrades to my UI. Unfortunately I can't remember what it is called. Anyone know?

rActionButtonStyler has some styles that will have red button borders on applied debuffs. InlineAuras will color buttons and show the time remaining and how many stacks of the debuff are on the target.
