I am looking for this nice-looking UI, but i am clueless about which addons it consist.

Some chat addon (could be one of many id suggest chatter for this)

What appears to be a databroker display with plug ins. Many to choose from for this one.

Unit frames could be a few choices, id recommend stuf if you want a graphic interface for editing your layout. If you want lighter weight there might be an oUF layout that matches that. oUF is generally edited in the Lua itself. Pitbull is also another popular choice.

The raid frames could be made in either of the unit frames i mentioned above or could be grid.

Buffs look like Satrina Buff Frames.

Action bars could be any of the ones out there. Examples would be found here Action bar mods The cooldown marker on them im not familiar with.

Either kgpanels or liteframes to make the panels the various elements sit in.

Im sure there are other options for many of these i just listed the most common ones available. this should get your started.
