Bag / Item Addon that shows the Item Lvl on the Item (not Tooltip)

Hi.

I'm looking for an addon that shows me the Item Level on any Item in Bag/Bank or on char. ( Not in the Tooltip)

Is this possible to programm or is there an addon with this function ?
