Can I have resizable button bars w/o movable windows?

I really want to use the resize option of BibWindowMods, but I don't want the movable windows. I want WoW's default auto-arrange behaviour on like the bags and character windows. i.e. I want the Spellbook to open to the right of the Character sheet if I have them both open, but to the far left if it's the only window open.

Is there any custom install or setup I can do so that I get just the resize capability, but not the manually positioned windows?

I tried too but couldn't do..

these movable things make me crazy =(

But i want resizable bars and such are cool..

Tell me what to do please.
