Ad placement on addon pages

Currently the right column on an addon page goes:

1. Download
2. Ad
3. Add to favorites, report bug, request feature
4. Screenshots and file info

I'd suggest swapping #2 and #3:

1. Download
2. Add to favorites, report bug, request feature
3. Ad
4. Screenshots and file info

This would not significantly reduce the ad's visibility (except maybe for people with reaalllly small screens) but I think it would greatly enhance the visibility of the links for reporting bugs etc.

Not a bad idea Phanx, just need to confirm a few things with our ad people but I think we can do it.
