RealUI Mini Patch

I seem to be getting this popup and it won't go away if I click Ok.

This is what Bugger is tracking when I do click Ok to try and close the window out.

Any ideas on where I can start to track down this problem?

Download the attached file, place it in nibRealUI\Core and overwrite.
