Carbonite Quest Fail

carbonite isn't showing any of my quests on the quest log. it show's them normally on the map and in the maximized version of the Q log. but not in the minimized version...(not collapsed, just to the side...)

First guess...running a version < 4.0004 with LUA Errors turned of.

Verify the version number in the game addon list.
Should be 4.011
