[Feature request] Announce when your friends do achievements

Hi,

I was wondering if it's possible to extend the level up announce feature from Carbonite to the friends that I have since only if I'm in the guild with them or near them I can see when they've did a achievement.
You could allow in the 'pals' window to select friends from which you receive achievements announces or not.
I'm looking forward to hear thoughts from other users.

I know there is probably a add-on that does that already but it would be nice just to add it to Carbonite.
