HitFont mod help

I downloaded the mod HitFont http://www.wowinterface.com/download...3-HitFont.html

I am trying to change the font now by replacing the font.ttf file in the addon folder and every time I change it, the addon stops working. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but if anyone uses the addon as well and knows how to change the font of it please let me know.

Are you exiting the game completely when doing this?

Does your new font match the old one's file name exactly?

Is your new font a .ttf?

Are you getting any errors in-game?

Ahh I didn't know I had to use the same exact file name, I was just copy/pasting the new font into the folder. I'll try it now and let you know if it works.
