addon control button in game menu?

When I played WoW on my windows box, I had an AddOns button on the game menu (what you get when you hit escape, or click the button next to the ? on the bottom). Now that I'm running Linux (long story) I've finally gotten around to installing addons again, and I have no clue how to get that button. Help?

If it was in the game menu itself, it was an addon that put it there. Did this button bring up a menu to enable/disable addons? Then perhaps it was Addon Control Panel?
