Would it maybe be better to put the XP and Rep bars on the very bottom the dashboard and move the two action bars and panel selector buttons up? That would move them further from the bottom and help avoid accidentally hitting the bottom Titan/Fubar trigger.

I'm curious though how a fubar tooltip from the bottom ends up covering casting bars?
