Help with SCT

My old SCT showed the numbers of my healing and damage above the targets of the spells. With this new version it comes up statically in the middle of the screen. Does anyone know how to fix this? If it has to be done with another addon, which one is it?

Take a look at MSBT. Its IMO an improvement over SCT and I believe this functionality comes stock without any customization.
