What is this addon???

Posted this on WoW Forums, didnt really get a good answer, need to know what this is, and if anyone can help me get my UI to look like that.

Basically just want to know what the bottom section of the screen is, dont care for the character bar (hp,mana,ect, don't remember what its called).

Yeah, I know, kinda making me angry, that UI looks really good for a Druid. I know he's using Bartender for his action bars, and I think with a certain skin (which I have no idea how to get skins for Bartender).

Use ButtonFacade for the skins. And the skin is Onyx.

Also looks like FuBar and kgPanels for the art.

Do you have any clue as to how I can get my Interface to look like that?

The player using the addon in your screenshot plays on Stormreaver Realm and is now a lvl 80 tauren druid... maybe make a toon on that realm (horde) and try to find him in-game and ask the source directly. Probably predates WoTLK but he should recall the addons he used since he is in a raiding guild (Ascendence)
