Getting KC Items to work for the First Time

So I found this tool KC Items and I tried to installed it, but I can't seem to get it to work. It talks about using ace_gui but it seems that some of the packages already have a "ace" mod in it. Which ace or acegui are we talking about here? I see the mod loaded in game, but it doesn't do anything. I tried to merge the master db that didn't work either.


It seems to be lacking instuctions on HOWTO install it right.

I too am new to KC, and am having trouble figuring out how to use it. I saw that I had to load Ace and AceGUI, so I added those. /kci commands work. But the main reason I got it was for the auction- the only thing I see different there is the "scan" button- I click it, and the list of items goes blank. That's it. Has it scanned the items? I thought there was supposed to be a list somewhere showing how many times an item had been scanned, and what a good price is.

You do have to have Both Ace and AceGUI to get KCI to work.

When you push scan its tries to scan the AH, if you're getting a blank list and it fails to scan, one of two things is happening.

a) You're having some major major lag.

b) You have another mod thats interfering.
