It looks to me like you installed nUI 5.0 over nUI Beta 4 without deleting Beta 4 first. This is a new release and requires a clean installation because the file structure has changed.

Try deleting [ Interface > AddOns > nUI ] and then installing nUI again.

The only way you can POSSIBLY get that error is if you still have Beta 4 code installed. You need to completely delete your [ Interface > AddOns > nUI ] folder, then install the current version of nUI.

Ok, with the pro ver. which nui enhancements do i need. i.e. Info_panel_minimap, etc....

I think i got it the nUI addon Infopanel_Minimap was F'ing it all up, and the nUI minimap manager was not enabled.

Someone else reported an issue with that a day or two ago... I'm going to have a look at it this weekend and see what broke.
