Debuffs

Ok, so I've caused a few wipes on Thaddious (Naxx) because I couldn't tell if I was Positive or Negative. Checking my buffs frame was no dice. I've noticed that debuffs appear on my player frame, but was wondering if there was a more noticable way to show them? Do they appear on the HUD or is there a way to make it show up better? The icon can be quite small on a 25 man raid for debuffs..... Just a thought. I have DBM, and it warns me when polarity has shifted, but more in-your-face debuffs would be nice (The boss in Nexus would be another benefit of this). Thanks.
