Removing incorrect gather data

Is there any simple way to remove gather data for herbs / mining nodes? I've ran into a few of them that do not belong where they are. I wish I'd written a list of all of them. The latest one I found shows in Hinterlands. It's a goldthorn. If yo uare in Hinterlands the coords show as 65.0, 27.6. The goldthorn is actually in Arathi. Is there a way, or could a way be implemented to just delete the nod from the map?

Either way, it'd be nice if I could remove it, because when I make a "route" it always grabs that node and i either have to set a new route (which wil leventually lead to it again) or just run about blindly.
