Click this at the top right:
get source »

Save it somewhere, go to your World of Warcraft folder and backup your WTF and Interface folder. Put the files in the folder ncui from the zip in the Interface/Addons folder(create if it doesn't exit). You should now have the following folder structure(just giving !ncUI as an example, but should eb with all addons):

World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons/!ncUI

And not:

World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons/ncui/!ncUI

Finally go ingame, you'll get an popup message that ncUI should configure, click "yes". And at last go to escape menu > interface and enable all actionbars.

Have fun!

EDIT:
Forgot to mention some commands:
/bind - Allows mouseover binding on the macro frame and spellbook.
/configure - Resets all config to the ncUI defaults
Rightclick on the minimap is for tracking.
Please go to Escape Menu > Keybindings, scroll down completely, and bind something easy to acces to Geist. This addon will show 25 extra actionbuttons under your cursor.

You need the two side action bars hidden so they only appear on mouseover and a tooltip layout. Raid frames are easy but if you could make something that matches.. <3

This is a prerelease, I didn't do a tooltip, bag and UF addon AT all, the UF currently used is oUF_p3lim which is just a quick replacement untill I have made my own oUF layout. Tooltip is my first priority, and in every UI I make I do the UF at the finale.

Why are you using gif instead of jpg? gif images are supposed to be used for small images with sharp lines and colors.

His screen is a 30" like mine. I have a HARD time finding UI's that actually work in our range. I'm building my own UI that will be strictly for all users that have a 30" monitor. I just have no use or desire in making it for lower resolutions.

On the topic of 30", it's HOT! I run my game in max on my super computer. It's made WOW just that more cooler!
