key bindings set to something else sometimes?

Well like title says thats what happens one minute im jumping with spacebar then i cant same with my up,down,and side keys, my keybindings change on their own and wondered why? here is a list of addons i have:

Are your key-binds changing to another set of key-binds, or are your key-binds disappearing altogether?

keybinding changing to something else(and when i go to change it back it already says it is what i want it to be but will not work) so i put it back and it works again.

It's really weird acting lol
