What Mod is this!?

I saw this pic at the Stormscale forum, and i wondered what mod makes the bar on top of the screen? I know what the thingy in the middle is, its called DHud, but the top bar?  |

 Ummm, BossPanel isn't *replacing* Titan, as that would only be the situation if the author of Titan was no longer working on it and had specified Boss as the new author/support person for Titan. It is merely (yet another) an alternative. There are many out there. The flat out "original" if you want to get technical, is Telo's InfoBar. All others were created subsequently.

Incidentally, if I remember correctly, the person who worked on Titan actually created the framework as one of their first mods. *shrug*. I'm bored.
